Looking at SPOA spring pads, and cant get a feel for which would be better. All I have to go from is pics on their web sites. Anyone got any experience with both and have an opinion on which would be better? I remember hearing that RRO had some customer service problems- anyone venture to comment? How about SKY?

dont know about sky but RRO one of the front perches allmost allways needs to have the locating ears trimed on it I also feel that the thin piece of sheet metal (it is there to keep the u bolts from spreding) should be removed wich makes the fiting of the perch even worse but I wouldne weld somthing as structural as a perch to a piece of thin sheet steel

=I have used the RRO ones no complaints heck i've seen em used with out welding ( don't recormend it ) and they had no problems they are almost too easy to set up and the caster angle is perfect in the front.
.... the only problem you will find is they take forever to get to your front door...

=as for Seans and TT they are great pearches and allow change of angles and offset pins I .. but if your not hell fire with a welder and questioning your own skills you better get help.

=personaly I use RRO in front and trail tough ( on a TT hybrid)in the rear

in the end I've sean lots of perches used form trailer to confer.. I just recomend useing a high quality one

I like the SKY and RRO perches because they weld to the original perches, keeping the amount of welding down on the tubes. I am a better than average welder, so that isnt a big problem, but any advantage I can get....
