Spray-on bedliners

I was wondering what is the best kind of spray-on bedliner to put on the inside? Is it better to spray it on or use a roller? Also does a quart usually cover the whole inside or does that matter how its applied?

there has been a lot of posts recently on liners, and jeepskate has a pretty good article on his tech info. search the archives
