When I saw this, I almost fell out of my chair. This car is awesome!! 220 HP and All Wheel Drive. I have been wanting Suzuki to develop a pocket rocket for a long time. I really hate they dumped the Swift GT/GTi. What got me even more though was the possibilities this new vehicle will open up. For one thing, the specs on suzuki's site say it uses a supercharged version of the 2.0L engine. It is not a far stretch to image installing one of the superchargers onto a 2.0L vitara!! I really hope Suzuki plans to build the SX, and maybe even build a 2 door hatchback version.

Well, Suzuki has a habit building concept cars that look very different on the outside from their production counterparts. Just look at the XL-7 for instance and the concept XL-6 version. I kinda like the look (even though it does remind me of a Focus Wagon)...but I doubt it will look the same if it goes into production.

Looks like a lowered Honda CR-V.

I like the idea though, and the HP. Subaru came out with the WRX, hopefully Suzuki will do the same.

You are right, if you changed the front grill slightly it would look just like a Jetta Wagon. I like it, not that I would ever buy one but it does have strong European styling.
