Just like the title says, does anyone know if a Samurai Speedo will plug into a sidekick cluster? Or A sidekick speedo in a sammy case?

I was just thinking about this tonight considering we plan on the OTT Kicker 3 setup, and will be ordering it this week. Since the back portion of the Kick case will be coming off (the portion that the speedo attaches to) we will obviously have to use the speedo in the Sammy case.

Anybody know?

Well I know the track/kick will not fit in the sami case and the sami cable isn't long enough unless you reroute it.
I just use the tracker cable/tcase as I don't have the Ott.
(dual case yes ott no.) they are really nice though and should fit in the tracker well with some fitting.

with the Kicker 3 the sami case will be in the same position as it would be in a sami so the sami cable should be long enough

They are getting the same set-up as me, my speedo cable reaches from my sami case to my cluster. Their cluster is in about the same position as mine so the sami cable should work for them, assuming the connection on the back of the cluster is the same

They will need to reroute the cable. Track/kicks run it on the pass side and up into the engine compartment not under the drivers seat like a sami. It will be a tight fit at best.
but they could have one made in a custom shop.
