Hi All, I just picked up a 1998 Explorer Eddie Bauer Edition with the air ride shock setup. It has over 152K miles and the shocks are pretty much worn out. Rears are rattleing and leaking out the fluid. It bounces a bit at high speed as well. I've been searching for new shocks and I got a shock when I found out how much these air shocks cost! I've heard you can replace them with standard gas shocks? Has anyone here done this?
