Anybody out there running the warrior products shackle reverse setup? I'm looking for a way to run rear springs up front without having long shackles hanging out front. Any impressions on how this kit works is helpfull.

I have heard that the warrior system is pretty good and you can run the rear springs up front. Other option is if you don't want to run longer shackles is to purchase a missing link shackle. I personally don't like it when they separate going up steep inclines so I welded mine to the front bumper. Not as much travel but I can still ramp over a 1000.

Ok, I am looking at the S/R so I can avoid having long shackles up front.
What I need to know is if this kit works well, how my zuk will handle after it is installed, any gotchas to look out for.
Those type of things. I had rear springs up front once, had a real bad death wobble :) The longer shackles also reduced the approach angle a bit. Just looking for ways to avoid those problems. Was thinking of the CSC wrangler kit, but I think it will take Fred a couple of years to catch up on the orders he already has! :)

Tell me about it. 9 and 1/2 weeks and still waiting. All I can say is that the kit better be in and installed before Suzuki on the Rocks.

I saw Glenn's (Brown29) kit a couple of weeks ago, and it looked like a pretty straightforward install which allows rear springs up front & not have long shackles sticking out - probably makes a Big difference in ride quality.

I have installed a Warrior S/R kit on a Samurai, and it does Not let you use rear springs up front - that is, not without modifications anyway.

I have seen people runnin' a dual shackle combo set-up and crunch things in like toyota springs and such and would probably work good with the rear springs as well...and as for the shackle reversal I posted something a few weeks ago about welding a bar in between the front shackles
