Since the flurry of scientific posts going around, and the resulting aurguments, I decided to retreat to my favorite mag for some down-to-earth tech knowledge. Low and behold the military is working on technology to keep them (and someday us) from getting stuck, no matter the terrain. It has other advantages such as "Jeeps wouldn't have to worry about getting sand in the engine when crossing desert terrain." this may very well put Warn and Ramsey out of business.
