Does anybody know of a replacement back window for a Scrambler hardtop with sliding glass like
pick-ups. I bought a Scrambler hardtop for my CJ7 several years ago and have never put it on because
I have never modified the rollbar. Then again, with the mild winters we have had here the last few years,
I haven't used the full hardtop either.

My brother got one at Pep Boys for about $60 a few years ago. Not sure of the brand or model number off the top of my head. The one he has I think will only work on early scramblers, not the ones with the hole in the roof for the shoulder seatbelt stud. I think my brother tried, and is was slightly different in size.
Try you local parts store

A Scrambler sliding glass is available through C.R. Laurence (Lawrence?), an
aftermarket window/sunroof company....Bought one back in the summer,
although it tore up $100 it's still a quality piece....It's available with a black or
aluminum frame and their catalog shows both sizes (early and late Scrambler)
If you need new rubber it's availble through Leon Rosser Jeep or maybe any
other dealer for $50-$60.

Most windshield places in this area carries C.R.'s line so just check there or
a van customizing shop should be able to get it too.

Hope this helps, it's not cheap but it looks alot more 'factory' than the cheaper
'camper' type sliding glass.

Thanks a lot. 5 hours and 1 minute and I had all the information I needed, probably can't install it that
quick. I've bookmarked both pages. One humorous note though, when I entered the Kansas City, MO
area code 816, it gave me quite a list, however, one of them was in Osaka, Japan. All the others were
in the correct KC area location.

Thanks again and if it really sells for $100 and is quality, that seems pretty reasonable, no, make that
cheap. My last trip to the riverboat casino cost me more than twice that.
