As all zuki samurai owners know the first thing to rust out is thoes bloody fender flares mine were so bad they took some of the quarter panel with them does any body have a solution to this problem because i want to make some new flares but dont want all that mud and [bleep] getting trapped in there like the old ones or maybe i should just do away with the whole notion of covering my tires and bondo the holes and be done with it...any suggestions would be great

The SOLUTION!

I'd say instead of bondo... use boat fiberglass... I fixed many holes in my last rig with that. Worked really well too. It's all about the prep work!
