i have some rust underneath on leaf springs, misc front suspension and portions of frame. body is clean. was from salt air in south carolina. i wire brushed and hit with some paint but figure this only temp. do we know of a sucessful fix to the cancer or should i not worry about it getting worse? i've heard of sandblasting. is this expensive?

You can sandblast yourself for pretty cheap if you already have access to air. The gun and hose is about $25 and sand is $8 for 100lbs, sand goes everywhere though!!
