Will 32x11.50 work on a 15x7 rim?

How about 31x10.50?

A 10.5 would be "acceptable", 8" rim would be ideal, but 11.5 is out of the question!

8" would be the preferred size however I've been running 33 X 12.50s on 15 X 7s on my YJ for over a year now (20K miles) with no problems

What are you looking to do with it? If street driving, I'd stick to the 8" rim for the 11.5" tire and 7" for 10.5". I am running 33x12.5" tires on 8" rims now but plan on switching to 7" rims this spring. I saw a friend run the same tires on 7" rims and it performed well, so well I'm doing the swap. It stands the tire taller and narrows the footprint slightly. I'd like to add I spend very few miles on the road and wouldn't switch if I ran it all the time.
