Has anyone heard of, found or purchased any? Painless doesn't have one and I have no idea who else to check.

If you're feeling really adventurous you could build one yourself. This is a huge task and should not be undertaken by someone in a hurry or without some good training on electrical wiring. There are plenty of sources on the internet for all the needed supplies.
