Replacement Hub for Mazda?

I have a 1999 Mazda B4000 (similar to a Ranger) and I need to replace one of the front auto-locking hubs. I am considering replacing both hubs with manual-locking hubs, if I can find any. No one seems to make them for my truck. Any suggestions?
