You could use Jeepn's term and use the "Sledge and Tweak" method, but I would not recommend that.

Most of the glues used on glass are a form of SuperGlue. It's removable with acetone. The problem... getting the acetone to where the glue is.

Try a nice sharp pick (dental type) and pick away at some of the glue... and then start dripin' acetone into the area.

Or, try a nice sharp metal metal putty knife that you can use to slice the glue into submission. However, be careful... you can scratch the glass.

 

If it's just held with double sided stick foam like many are, a razor blade works great. The windows on Jeeps are so flat that it's near impossible to cause a scratch with it. If it's some sort of other adhesive, spray a little carb cleaner on it and let it sit for about a minute, then yank it off.

Use a heat gun(or borrow your wifes/sisters/girfriends/mothers blowdrier) and heat the glass from the inside. That antenna will just about fall off.

 

Just use a smaller sledge...

I you end up using a razor blade to clean the residue off, keep the area wet with water or glass cleaner to help reduce scratching the glass, even if it's flat glass.
