I want to change the way the factory air intake system is on my 2000 Wrangler. I noticed a setup on marcomotive.com that is made by AirAid ( to see it goto http://www.macromotive.com/shopping/goShopping.cfm?tag=4.0.0.0.2225.5958). I was wondering if something like this is worth the $175 price tag. I wanted a K&N filter, and it has it to. I'm exploring possible ways to increase HP and gas mileage without doing any major work (exhaust, intake, computer reprogramming..etc). I would like to find a way to feed the fuel injection cold fresh air and this setup seems to be the way to go. I was just wondering if something like this could be made (I'm not good at making things like this). Any other company make one that looks (and performs) better than this? I've never heard of this company b/f, and I'm skeptical of buying something that I've never heard of the name. Any suggestions? Thanks

I don't know if you want my opinion, but i don't trust it. they contradict themselves when it comes to horsepower increase and it all seems like marketing lies to me anyway. if you want a K&N, get a K&N.
