Re: Eating For Thanksgiving

I can't wait for it to snow around here (near Cincinnati). Seems like it's been a while since we have had any decent amount. I love to get the truck out for a romp in the snow, rescue a few stranded people, and generally f*** around in it.

I also like doing e-brake donuts in the Honda. It's fun with front-drive automatic and the e-brake between the seats. You get going about 20-30 mph turn the wheel and pull up on the brake. When you have had enough sliding, just punch the gas and turn the wheel to get it straight again.

Re: Eating For Thanksgiving

I"m all about eh snowboarding. I"m not all that good at it, but i can do a few tricks and make it down without falling and what not. i also enjoy messin with the ice boat. basically a sailboat with skates on it. pertty fun stuff.
as for messin around with the truck. try snowboarding behind a truck (like water skiing) or pulling the old barrell with the bottom cut out of it. thats always good for some fun.

Re: Eating For Thanksgiving

Snow usually means ice. Then you can ice fish drink beer and ride my polaris on the ice(no drinking and driving though). Pull people behind the polaris on tube and snow board. Tracking game is easyer if there in snow to see foot/paw prints. and just blazing through the fluffy stuff.
God I love snow!

Bad Luck?

Well, today I was in IA, and my teacher was cutting a little 3/8 chunk of hardwood, and the pushstick wasnt very great and not enough to push the wood through the blade, anyways, this chunk of wood flies 25 feet across the room, and hits me the the finger!! My right hand index finger was bleeding pretty bad, it hit me right on the knuckle, we fingured it'd be busted in a few places, but not even one break! man was i lucky, also that it only hit me in the finger, because had it hit me in the side of the gut or something, eww i dont wanna think of it.
Before, he was telling us how he'd seen chunks of wood bust through a cement wall, so they're moving when they come outa that saw.
Despite how unlucky i was, i still think it could have been worse.

I'm pretty much a jeans and t-shirt type of guy myself. I'm intrigued by these guys that do that for Halloween. One of the senior technical guys here at work cross-dresses every year for Halloween... I think he has issues and SH!T did he look scary/wwwthreads_images/icons/shocked.gif
