hi All
Need some "recommendations"
want to get hubby tires for 69 commando and not sure what is best... do iget seperate tires for off-road trips. We go off to rocky areas, some really sandy areas hilly areas, all over the desert. we recently found an awesome wash area in sky valley that we went exploring with our Brother-in-law and his '02 jeep got stuck in a SOFT sand spot. (thank you fellow jeep freind Ben who had a winch!) Of course we know where not to go now, but future explorations... so, need some experienced advise, who can tell us some ideas?

How much on the street time do you use it?

Sounds like some good amount of time in sand.
So you want to keep them on the wider side 12.5 minimum.
I wouldnt want a real serious mud tire then either you want something that doesnt dig in to fast.

Maxxius buckshots would be good.

yes lots of sand and lots of big rocks... mud really isn't an issue yet.
