Rear YJ bumper mounts

I've put a 4 inch angle iron on the rear. I used the 8 holes on the crossmember plus the 2 in the bottom of the frame. I still don't think its very solid. How else can I strengthen it? I thought putting a brace in front of the shackle hole on the side of the frame and running it back on the outside of the frame and shackle. I've seen this done on several CJs(but on those you don't have to worry about the shackle). Any help is appreciated.
