I did a search and haven't found what I'm looking for. My rear hard lines that run along the axles are pretty bent up and mangled. What are my option to replace this setup on stock Sami axles?

I think you will have to make some. Just get the standard hard line and bend cut and reflare it yourself. They may sell pre made pieces for them but this would probably be cheaper.
