Sun City, John? I got stranded there for the month in July,'75! Blew a clutch in a '64 Chevy SWB w/ a leaned-on 327/T-10 4spd. Had to trim palm trees for finances..... Hey, I might be headed for Tucson in a couple weeks, my dad lives there. Yeah, I guess you're right about the dust and we just started getting winter here in about the last month. But what I really meant by the question was I have this YZ490 and............lol, Bob

Well...unless you take a real long way to Tucson, I'd say you have to go though Phoenix. So bring that 490 and I'll show you some of the singletrack I ride. I'll eat a little of your dust, and you can eat a little of mine!

BTW... where is Pollock Ca.? Is it anywhere near Tahachapi? (Bakersfield area)

Sounds like you would take I-40 to Flaggstaff, then I-17 down to Phoenix. If that's the case, I'm not that far off your route. Let me know with some lead time, and I'll make sure I have time off work.
