I was thinking about upgrading my TBI setup and ignition, I think i figured out what kind of ignition to get MSD. but when I looked at aftermarket TBI I couldnt find any for a 95
GMC 5.7, the only one that i found was for a 88-92 5.7. WIll that one work or not. I dont want to go back to stock and i dont really fell like spending the money on a TPI setup but if i have to i will. Any info will be helpfull

The one that Holley makes would work but it isn't worth putting on a stock engine. I think it flows 670 cfm and you can get up to 90 lb injectors for it. In my opinion the msd ignition isn't worth it either on a stock tbi 350.

a stronger spark on a stock engine wont do much for you. it'll help, but proably not very noticably. your money would be better spent elsewhere in most cases.

you're better off finding the optimum gap on the sparl plugs and running a good set of wires, cap and rotor.

if you really want to get a lot out of that TBI motor, drop on a set of vortec heads and coordinating intake.

So vortec heads are ok on the vortec block but not any other?

The main point I was making was that vortec 350s make considerably more hp stock than TBI 350s. Installing just the heads and intake bang for the buck.

I have an accel HEI super coil and it is been one of the best things I could have bought and also one of the easyest things to put on only about 10min also have you looked in to the ram jet set ups like you would find on cameros
