Most of the kits that converted a gas car to propane, CNG, LNG or any other alternative fuel were made in Canada. To pass emissions in the US they had to pass an EPA test that was very expensive. So I doubt that there is a kit out there for a Zuk. You could probably get a propane throttle body and adapt it to a Samurai with EFI, but it would be a lot of work. Stick with gas and get EFI.
A few years back the local LPG equipment contractors' supply place was selling conversions. I believe they still do. They were quite expensive but consisted of a new fuel tank, lines and sealed carb. as well as additional small items. Taxi cabs and Swan Ice Cream trucks are frequently LPG/natural gas (methane)users. The price of conversion would buy alot of gasoline. In addition, LPG/methane has less BTUs and so the Samurai would have less range than on gasoline.
