Powertrax locker

Has anyone used the powertrax "no-slip traction system" locker. I was wandering how it compared to the detroit. I can't belive that it could be as good. Tell me what you think.

Isn't that the new locker that just came out? It's supposed to be quieter on the streets (almost like a LSD), but it's actually a full locker?
