The roller fairlead has been added since this picture was taken.

4"x4"x3/16" box......kinda puny, but should work

 

just a piece of angle iron.. its tied into the frame and the shackle reversal...

 

Just another note. How did everyone tie thier bumbers into the frame and how about pics of rear bumbers.

 

well under the frame i have some flat stock.. 3" wide welded up.. then those front blocks (spring mounts) are welded on it.. the angle iron is welded across the top.. side.. inside.. outside.. bottom... where ever i could.. its also tied into the winch mount

the rear has steel plates tied into it.. on the back side of the frame..

 

2x4" rectangular tube 3/16" wall. 1" thick tow tabs made from 1/2" plate sandwiched together on the front and then 1/2" plate running through the bumper into the frame rails.
