The only problem I can see with the scheme is that you should have gone series with your A/C evap unit and the stock heater. Do you remember back in the early fifties the number of autos which had separate coils for the defroster and the heater was under the floor where it really belonged? Well...those were all series plumbed. There was enough heater hose on a 50 Buick to start your own auto parts store, but OHHHHH was that floor heat nice.
