poly or aluminum fuel cell

I would assume the poly ones are lighter. I want the heavier one though. I need weight in the rear to ofset the engine weight up front. I never thought about busting it though... About $30 in price diff. I guess the aluminum one would be better as far as strength goes. Good points.

Heres a pic of one. looks like it has a seem. I guess I'll go w/ aluminum. Is corosion that big of a problem? Has to be better than a steel tank, and thats the standard.

Never mind just spoke w/ them. the guy who did the aluminum ones flaked out a long time ago. and the guy who does the poly ones was burned out by the fires in CA . There just now starting to get them back in. But I don't want one of those anyway so the hunt is back on . I feel like I know people who got them from jegs but I looked there and didn't see them .
