How about whenever anyone comes up with a good part number even if it works on your application only, list it on this thread along with SPECIFIC information on your situation. If this catches on, I'll be happy to add some reminders as we go forward.
I'll start with a couple that I have.
1. Master cylinder for Corvette, 454 V8, front and rear disc brakes WITHOUT power assist. NAPA #36367 The only problem I had was that the lines to the m/c exit to the drivers side and my clutch master was in the way so I couldn't use it.
Price was retail $137.53, wholesale (my price
) $67.44

2. Inline electric fuel pump for a Ford Van NAPA # 2P74028. Retail $99.73 cost $62.99. This is a great fuel pump if you have added throttle body fuel injection to your rig and are using the stock tank. Just mount it as close to level with the bottom of the tank as possible. This is the same pump that Howell sells for $125.00.

3. Manual master cylinder for a cj that works for disk/drum or drum/drum NAPA #088-1484M Cost $45.50

4. Direct replacement universal heater blower motor, 1 speed, reversible. Crown
# 8125069, $75.60

5. Chrysler ignition switch for Jeepster # J5454951 SWITCH 8058060 $11.97 (this number looks wierd but this is how it reads on the reciept)

That's all I have for now, I noticed brake part numbers on another thread and Rancho info on another. If ya'll will add them, along with any pertanite(sp?) info, it would be great.

Hope you don't mind JeepTopless

Rear shackle hangers from www.jeepdoc.com. Part # 5355282 $19.90 plus shipping.

Rear shackle, CJ7 Heavy duty. Part #4009 W/ energy suspension bushings from 4 wheel drive hardware. $79.85 with shipping.

The springs are 5-6 inch lift, 2 1/2 inch wide National springs I bought off E-bay for $250.00.

I also ordered the following for the front:

From www.tomken.com Part # TMT-413-X 84-94 XJ shackles $80.87 with bushings - includes shipping. From the fix-it section at the AJC website.

F250 shock towers from www.fordparts.com. Part # E5T2-18183-A $27.47 with shipping. I found them for about $2.00 cheaper a piece after I ordered these. Probably even cheaper at a junkyard.

Body bushings from www.mad4wd.com. 1-108 complete body bushing kit $54.99 includes shipping.

I've considered creating a database (available on-line via a web page) with part numbers. It would include original replacement parts, and upgrade (i.e. disk brake parts).

Is there any interest in this? I don't want to spend time writing the page if no one is interested.
