I am looking to register a domain name for my website and also find a host with more storage space/ bandwidth. My isp limits 10Mb for storage and I can't point a registered domain to that address.

Any recomendations on places that both host websites and register a domain name?

Prefer low cost with no-popup service as a catch for low cost.

I'm far from an expert on the subject, but I've had some experience (about 3 years) with XO Communications. Great price, very supportive, real easy to manage, lots of reports functions.

Be careful on too good of a deal....they may go belly up and leave you high and dry.

I've been with the following company for around 4 years now...and have not had a problem with them. Every time I think I'm running out of web space......they up their storage amount so I never have ran out yet.

I was able to register a domain for $9.95 a year if you paid 10 years in advance. www.VERIO.com they do hosting too. I'm very unfamiliar with this but the price was right. Monthly they are much much more.
Now somebody's got me thinking if they go belly up!!!

Yes...going to do my own development. Have been tinkering with Macromedia Dreamweaver and Flash for the past couple of years and decided my page as it sits is very BLA.

So I am working on the graphics now and will hopefully get some test pages up in a couple of days. If I can find time that is...
