Re: OT: stirring the pot

That's what you get for straying to the dark side. Bad, Rat, naughty naughty Rat!

Seriously - You have been a great asset to this board, to the 4x4 community, and to the Zuk community. Your advice is second to none, and your donations to previous events have been way beyond generous.

others who have less time on this board have pulled through very well for me

Without using profanity it's tough to explain my feelings on this guys comments.

If he doesn't understand that the job situation is a bit unstable, and things aren't as profitable as they once were, and now isn't the best time to be donating $500+ worth of product... Screw him.

The gift certificate for 5 beadlocks is an awsome prize and I'm sure the winner is going to absolutely love it!

rockrat, you were in the right all the way.

my question is this...at what point did donations become manditory? why, because two people from that board made purchases from you now you are obligated?? what ever!!

a certificate for FIVE beadlock rings is a rather large donation in my opinion.

is there ONE person on this board that does not think that 5 bead lock rings is not a very nice donation??

Beyond what the others have said, and I agree with, lets do the math. 300 members and you have made 2 sales. Uhhh that is .67% of those folks doing business with you. Not even a paultry 1% have stepped up to the plate yet they have their hands stuck out waiting for a slice of the pie! OK I'll shut up now.
