Nope.. no Photoshop... well, except for the red coloring......

Found it on Gettyimages.com while looking for some imagery for a project... Cool Free images.. some good Jeep images too.. just go and search "4x4 vehicles" found about 8 pages of images, from Jeeps to Land Rovers...

No, I was just screwin' around with it.. Tried for a Red and Green Duotone, for a X-mas feel, but the plain red just looked a little better... have to say it could use a little more contrast....

You needed to be around when that picture was taken, I think it was new then.

Any more info on the photo? It looks familiar to me, maybe from a very old service station calendar back when they gave things like that away.
