It is a good looking rig. if needs a bumper and have to get rid of those spring bendin fangs out front.

I found it in the 'forsale' section of kitcar.com where you can also get an assortment of kits to turn other vehicles into ersatz hummers. One was even good enough (the Hummbug) that GM sued them and made them change the name and grille.

I think the problem with this specific "conversion" is that everything is in the front. It looks odd, to the point where it is unattractive. I have seen this kit for sale in the rags probably 5-8 years back and if I recall correctly they had modified the sides of the <nobr>vehicle</nobr> too.

 

That is pretty homely, Reminds me of the "Runt" conversion for the S-10's. But the Runt isn't that UGLY!
