I'm in Clearwater/Palm Harbor - 20 minutes or so. I believe Sycho15 is from Tampa/South Tampa.

Cool. We (my family) may relocate to that area, specifically Bradenton, I'll know more after the weekend of the 16th. Was looking to see what is around for 4x4 clubs, etc. I know the wheeling won't be what I am used to, but heck, Tellico will be within a days ride now , instead of two.

There is one fairly unknown 4x4 club in the area which calls themselves the Southbay Misfit Adventure Team. Its a very family oriented club. Some of the whining wives led to the more hardcore members seperating from the club to go wheeling elsewhere.... If you join the club you'll get a phone list of everybody in it. When you want to go wheeling just call them all up and tell them where your going. Usually someone will show up.

I don't live in the area, but was down there last week, saw some guy in a YJ driving down I-275 or I-75, (not sure) with doors off, foot out the door. Was that any of you folks? That would have been the 4th, about 10:00am.
