CJ I have ever had the displeasure of laying eyes on.

 

Looks like the CJ got hurt, and the Ranger is pushing it to the hospital.

 

I cant belive anyone would bid on that thing, i only paid $1700 for my jeepster so how the heck is that at $2000.lol

What a great example of modern day engineering. That thing is down right beautiful.

The only flaw I see is rear seat accessibility.

As I set here and admire this thing of beauty, I can only think of the endless possibilities for all those bull nose owners.

If you could extend a bull nose similar to what this guy did to his cj (s), it might detour the eye sight long enough that most would not notice the rambler grill design.

 

AH, jealousy rears it's ugly head. You just wish you had a V-8.

I have a v/8

and don't mind going out in public with it

and have people think one with two heads would be a improvement.

I also have a two headed one that I can drive after dark.

It is an interesting Idea. But should have stopped there. It's no good fo rock crawling.

 

If that middle wheel was mounted on a hub that could spin you could use the wheel to roll over rocks that would otherwise bash the rockers!

Actually if he stretched the roll bar so it went to the back of the rig it would look a lot better. Now it looks like two vehicles that were stuck together, which come to think of it is exactly what it is.

 

It's starting to look to me like a CJ5 is giving birth to a Ford Ranger.

 

Nobucks that is funny. If this wasn't a family bbs I'd offer several suggestions on how to enhance that look.

 

When I first saw the attachment I thought it was just a trick picture on the greasy 15" monitor at work. I'm interested in why the seam between the two is covered with a gas can. I'd also like to see what kind of driveshaft menagerie there is underneath

. I bet the 3 G's he says he's invested were mostly for the bed.

I'd guess that anything with a butt that ugly needs it's crack covered.

Maybe a C@@L Rambler rear end!!!

And add a C@@L Bullnose grill,then you could fit a high quality,high HP AMC V8 in it.

The Rambler engineers were told "It's too pretty, it'll never sell, go try again."

The next version went into production - known as the Bullnose.

Ah Dave but I do. But I have to admit it not one of those cool running, high oil pressure producing, fuel efficient, easy to find parts, 304-360 Rambler motors.

Once again jealousy rears its ugly head.Buy a Peepster and spend all that $$$ to make it as strong and powerful as a Commando.Why not just get it right the first time.If you wanted a CJ with a longer butt you could have bought this thing or I guess a Peepster.......
