Off Roading in MR Rogers neighborhood.

Well it has been raining since the first of the week. And I live at a dead end and the road goes into a circle and back so there is a lawn in the middle. Well over time assholes who cant drive drove off the road and made muddy dirt hole around it... Water was standing in it... I was bored.. and this Canadian from Nova Scotia told me to go wheelin....
I grabed the keys, went out fired up the Tahoe... Got onto the lawn and put it in 4x4 rolld down the window to see make sure the front end differential was engaged my spinning the tires.. it did. I began to drive thru it, goosing it fling the mud and slide around the corners.. It was funnier than hell!!!! Mud flying everwhere and wheels bouncing all oooooover! after a couple minutes I stopped to see how mud i collected on the body... I noticed someone yelling so i looked up.. dun dun dun!!!!!!!!...... OLD MAN NEXT DOOR YELLING........ WHAT ARE U DOING!!?? YOUR TEARING UP THE DAMN YARD I WONT BE ABLE TO MOW IT!!! (he dont own it the county does).... Im all... ummm well the 4x4 has not been used in over a year so im freeing up the gears... hes all yellin alot of [bleep]..
I said "umm, ok whatever" and walked off..... I think tommorow I will get pics of the damage... ahhhhhhhh tis was fun!!!!!

Sparty.. Yes, I read a couple pages after the first thread then got bored of listening to everybody talk to this guy like they are his parents. I'm sure he has his own parents to tell him right from wrong, and he'll make his own decisions as he chooses. Sorry, but I was just letting him know that we all (or at least me) have done a little lawn shredding before and how much fun it was. I didn't mean to get into "breaking the law" topics or anything. I'm also sure this old man isn't going to run down to city hall to have all Off-Road vehicles banned. It could have easily happend in a 1980 Corolla or some other car

Speaking oddness... couple streets over this guy has like 76 Corvette sitting a truck frame with 44" TSL'S!!!!! 454 in it and stuff, must be a blazer frame.. its weird!

kinda reminds me of the time i off-roaded at the pool club, except i didnt do any damage to the lawn, i just drove around like mad trying to find a way back out after i drove off a 3 foot drop off.

oye...im gonna say my peice once and only once, dont tear up public property unless it is allowed to off-road at, private property, if yours GREAT tear the livin piss out of it for all i care, if not yours get permission or leave it alone.

dont think im a little angel either, i powered braked to high hell then after i realized how expensive a clutch and set of back tires is! so now i dont do it...much, it is a rare ocassion. and yes i do tear stuff up every now and then, but it is at our river place which is private property.

What Ever Happened To The Whole TREAD LIGHTLY thing?
