I live by St Louis. I called the DNR (department of natural resources) and there are going to be 3 OHV parks opening up sometime

i was curious to see how many that see this are from the midwest and if there is a need for a small off road atv park like around 100 acres. It would be in north central Illinois. ALso what is the most important things that an atv off road rider would like to see at a park like this>?
