I've search around and tried almost everything I could find. I believe I'm having problems with the NSS on my 98 Cherokee Sport. I've tried bypassing and adjusting it and no luck. I don't really want to crawl in a snow bank to try and clean it in 0 degree temps. Any ideas on what the problem could be? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If you've bypassed it and you're still having problems starting, then the nss wasn't the problem. Look to the starter motor, starter relay or the ignition switch.
