just change the ( ) around the first "image" to [ ] like you did on the last one but change the last one to "/image" instead of just "image"

You forgot a colon

Should look like this exactly:

{image}http://bbs.off-road.com/wwwthreads_uploads/18-433274-whitetail.JPG{/image}

Except replace the { } with the [ ]

Im confused about the whitetail part.The name of the file on my computer is greenhell Should this go in place of whitetail?

no. i uploaded the file and i called it whitetail so thats why it should be that. you got the tags right because it doesnt show markup language anymore but i think you forgot the colon shawn mentioned cause its not showing your pic

Another problem was the closing tag: [/image] has to at the end.
