Ok, I showed yall my D60 pic. Now here's my 1 ton 14bolt pic. The perches are moved to the correct location, but only tacked welded in. I cut off the shock mounts and welded on some custom ones for the extended shock mounts.
And the disk brakes are from TSM....the new style ones (using GM rotors). It's got stainless steel brake lines/fittings and extended SS brake hose. 4.56 gears and a Detroit locker inside. Also at the hubs are 1.5" spacers from Performance wheel and tire.

Hope yall like.

Hey Willy,
The TSM kit with GM rotors set me back $300 + $50 for the 8" flexible brake hoses. The kit comes with the brackets, Rotors and all the nuts and bolts and spacers needed. You supply the calipers. To be honest, I'm not even sure if the flexible hoses are necessary. But I got them anyway. If you know of any places that can make custom brake hoses for you, then it would be a lot cheaper than $50.

I thought the same thing about the flexable hoses until I had to bleed the brakes. To bleed the caddy calipers, mine had to be rotated so the bleeder valve pointed up. The SS flexable lines allows you to do this.

Good point Shawn, I totally forgot about that. I went with the 3/4 ton calipers for now, but will be doing the Caddy in the future. TSM suggest that I gravity bleed these brakes anyhow, so the hoses will help out a lot there too. Oh, and when changing pads...will be a lot easier with the flexible hoses. Thanks for the heads up.

Steve

Could you post that here please. I'll be ordering one in a couple days time & would like to be sure I order the right length too. Also, have you got that ORD cross-over steering installed yet?

Rockrod from end to end mine is 51-1/2" long, but I would go 52" that would be perfect, cut mine a tad short but it does help when rotating the ends (they tend to bind up when in real far). I didn't measure from end of the rod ends because they can vary a little bit.

52" long and your set.
