My son just turned 14 and I found a 75 scout for us to build together for him. He is the second owner and it only has 23k miles on it. The truck is in amazing condition(needs rockers and front body mounts). It has a 196 4cyl with a Holley 1 barrel and a 4 speed. Will installing a 4" suspension lift and putting 31" tires on it make it too tippy? (this will be my sons first truck) and will the 196 have enough power to push it with the bigger tires?
