I presently want to trade my 96 Sportsmen 500 on a more nimble and reliable machine with a much lower center of gravity. I expect to lose a little top end speed (3MPH max)but I want excellent axceleration yet. I also want full foot protection as I dont want to break my foot.I test rode the new Suzkui master-quad but its to slow. I interested in the new 2000 Kodiak ultamatic,is quick ?It looks like it would be a great mountian rock climber. Or should I wait it out for the new 500 Honda? Any ideas welcome.

My wife thinks you should get the Kodiak, but then she owns one. It is quicker than my grizzly, I weigh 210 and the Kodiak will kick my ass, but hey! I think a man wants power and the Grizzly rules !!! Check out the big wheel kit that is availible for the Grizzly
