I recently saw a reference to installing a high amp alternator on the Mopar MPI FI conversion system. Seems there are "check engine light" problems when a higher than stock alternator is used.
Is this true?
Experiences anyone?

I've been running a 94 Amp alt with my MPI and I haven't experienced any problems. Dunno about the check engine light though. I haven't hooked it up yet since I installed a new harness.
