Well, the little zuk 1.3 doesn't actually move that much air through it. At highway speeds, assuming 4500 rpm and a standard volumetric efficiency I calculate that it requires only about 88 CFM through the carb.
If you wanted to run a modest 6psi boost with your super-charger it would require about 145 CFM, if everything else was the same. So 170 CFM is actually pretty useful for a motor of this size.
Another question to ask is if your blower would actually flow 170 CFM with a back pressure. Maybe it only flows this much but won't produce any pressure?
