I am new here so be patient. I have a 90 artic cat wildcat 650. It has 44mm carbs on it instead of the 40mm carbs it is supposed to have. It boggs down on take-off. The clutches have been rebuilt so I know that is not the problem. Are the 44's too big. the internals are main jet 450 pilot jet 50 needle jet Z6-224 jet needle 7DJ2. Can i change the internals for the specs on the 40mm carbs main400 pilot 50 needle jet AA2-224 jet needle 7DH2 and expect it to run any better at low throttle. Over 5000rpm it screams. The clutches kick in at 3800 factory spec.
