Meyers Manx prices

I have an opportunity to buy one from a little old lady on my block. This thing is basically a pile in her driveway. It has been sitting there out in the California sun for at least 20 years. No engine, with a swing axle. What would the going price be? I am thinkning under $100. Also, if I got it into a mechanically sound condition, what would the price be with a stock 1600 in it?

A hundred bucks is a steal.
$300 is still a good deal if it has everything.
