Not bad at all. Drain the tranny, pull the rear shaft, pull the output yoke, and unbolt the extension housing. The two bolts on top shouldn't be hard to get to.
To remove the rear flange or yoke will be a bit of a task, but if you use a long breaker bar the nut should come off without too much grunting.
Just make sure you mark your driveshaft so you put it back on exactly the way it was before. If you install it out of phase, you'll experience some driveline vibration.
