I think the front fenders can be removed by simply unbolting them, but the rear you will have to cut off. Depending on what you have planned for your truck you may want to seal up the area where the fenders were to prevent water from getting in.
Both the front and rear fenders can simply be unbolted. However, if you remove your fender flares, be prepared to do some fender cutting becuase whats under the flares is pretty ugly lookin sheetmatal.

Are you refering to the fender flares, or the whole fender in general? Flares are easy to take off man, just bust the nuts off the brackets (on the inside lip of the fender wells) and they come off, except the fronts which are tied into the plastic wheel well liners but that is just a plastic rivet and or a couple nuts and bolts. Looks like this when you take flares off
