The T-5 doesn't need an adapter if it came out of a jeep.(it also came in s-10's,camaro,mustang,etc).
I would sell you mine if I wasn't driving it with theSH***Y thing.

I have a t5 and a adaptor I will find out this week if i am going to use it.

the t-5 in the jeeps do use a adaptor to go to the transfer case

You're right , I thought the question was asking about adapting(any)t-5 into a jeep with an adapter(aftermarket?)

hey there..
my buddy has one... he wants to go with a t18, so if you ask him and offer a fair price.. im sure he would get rid of it. i will tell you it needs a new input shaft sleeve.. 40 bucks for a new one.. we gave to a friend who is supposed to give us a new one back. so if he does you wouldnt need it. and too all who think it is a weak piece of crap.. he has ran a stock t-5 behind a built 304.. about 300-350 hp and he has broken more u-joints than anyone i know, can also pull the front tires off the ground. and still.. t-5 is there running strong. so up yours you mud-slingers... so just email me at [email protected] and i will ask him. we are in havelock, nc. on the coast. i am coming to raliegh sometime soon to pick up some parts, act fast and i could bring the t-5. later..

true.. i do have a t-5 in NC...no reasonable offer refused...the only reason i am getting rid of it is i am not going to drive it on the road much anymore and i want the 6.32 to 1 first of a t-18..and i just put 4.56 gears in the axles.the tranny works perfectly..and has a dana 300 bolted to it

YEAH The T-5 is such a great piece , and I KNOW how much everybody WANTS one that I'm going to do my civic duty and offer to trade it for a T-18(out of a cj).
