i took mine to the local uphostry joint... he sewed a couple torn seams and patched a hole for $15 while I waited... and it was pouring rain that day....

 

a buddy of mine went and got a swimming pool patch,its held for 2 years now

 

You can goto Wally World and get an iron on paatch and cut it to fit the rip and iron it on, holds real good. You could add some RTV or scotchgaurd to try and seal it. It cost about $2 for two patches that are pretty good size.

 

used a self stick nylon patch to fix a small hole on the top. The it recommends sewing it on, but its been a year, and its holding great.

 

and you guys call yourselves jeepers just get a roll of duct tape for about 1.89 and apply as needed

 

Bestop says to use an iron on patch called Bondex I believe. I found them at Wallyworld too. I patched a couple of small holes in my soft top and they have held up great, no leaks at all. Cutting them round gets rid of the corners that may try peal up.
