I have two of them, looking for one? I'd sell one of them. I also have a spare hydraulic clutch setup I'd let go cheap, it needs to be rebuilt, but even includes the pedal.

Yes, the bellhousing would allow you to connect a SBC to a T-18.

For the clutch, $50. All the pieces separately are about $180, and that doesn't include the pedal. I rebuilt mine on the Scrambler, and it works well, I'd do this one but I don't feel like messing with it. It still had the line attached and fluid in it when I picked it up about a month ago, so it should be fine. It will need a new line though, the one that was on it was a little dry rotted at the center of the rubber section.
