I am working on my rebuild and want to replace the stock shackles. I am currently running stock height, maybe a lift later 'cause Jpchk doesn't want to fork over more $$$ for new tires as our 31X10.5's are pretty new. My question: I can pick up a set of NIB warrior 2" front and rear plus a set of 4" springs for $100-$150 or buy replacement stock set of shackles for $60. What do you think? Will it look awkward with 2" shackles and 31's? Should I avoid the shackle lift all together and just go spring and body later? Thanks - rick

I have a YJ and I have 31X10.5's with a 1 3/4" shackle kit and it was the best thing I ever did. Before the kit my fender flares took a beating now they have plenty of clearance but my tires still fill the wheel well.
